Dylan Bresnan, Analyst

Dylan Bresnan is an Associate on NY Green Bank’s Investment and Portfolio Management team, where he supports the origination, evaluation, and execution of scalable clean energy and efficiency project investments across New York State.

Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Mr. Bresnan was a master’s student at the University of Cambridge where he wrote his dissertation on the politicization of international climate negotiations. Mr. Bresnan previously interned as a summer analyst at FullCycle, a climate finance firm, where he supported due diligence on investments in controlled environment agriculture and lithium-ion battery recycling. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Bresnan worked as a research assistant on climate adaptation to sea level rise.

Mr. Bresnan holds a Master of Philosophy in Anthropocene Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Pomona College.
