Natalie Trojan, Managing Director
Natalie Trojan is a Managing Director and Head of NY Green Bank's Business Development and Innovation team. She is responsible for leading and managing this new team from inception, which aims to drive more targeted investment opportunities to NY Green Bank, while expanding the scope of the fund’s financing activities in New York’s clean energy marketplace and increasing partnerships across the State.
Prior to joining NY Green Bank, she served in the US Department of Energy in the Loans Program Office as an Originations specialist working to deploy portions of the $400B allocated under the IRA to the renewable energy field. Before serving with the DOE, she was a senior originator for the renewable energy project finance team at Fifth Third Bank. Previously, Natalie worked in banking in New York at various organizations, including Bank of NY Mellon, Natixis, and Bank of America. Natalie’s areas of expertise include debt financing, tax equity, commercial real estate finance, and infrastructure finance.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College in Architecture and Economics, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
