Ella Birchenough, Analyst

Ella Birchenough is an Analyst on NY Green Bank’s Investment and Portfolio Management Team. At NY Green Bank, she supports the origination, valuation, and management of real estate transactions for decarbonization and affordable housing projects.

Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Ms. Birchenough was a Summer Analyst at BentallGreenOak, a real estate investment firm. During her time at BentallGreenOak she worked in Investments, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Capital Raising for multifamily, industrial, and retail properties.

Ms. Birchenough holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Farmer School of Business at Miami University in Oxford, OH.
