Emilie Choy, Vice President

Emilie Choy is a Vice President on the Investment Administration and Portfolio Support team at NY Green Bank, where she supports the execution of new business and the ongoing monitoring of the organization’s investment portfolio.

Before joining NY Green Bank, Ms. Choy held various roles at Morgan Stanley, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer for both the Wealth Management Diversity & Inclusion team and the Digital team. In these roles, she led cross-functional initiatives to roll out new products & employee resources, improve operational processes, implement policies and manage risk.

Ms. Choy is committed to accelerating the clean energy transition and is actively involved with Croton 100, a community-based organization driving the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz. A lifelong lover of nature, she is working toward a personal goal of visiting every U.S. National Park.
