Evan O'Connor, Associate

Evan O’Connor is an Associate on NY Green Bank’s Investment and Portfolio Management team, where he supports the origination, evaluation, and execution of scalable clean energy and efficiency project investments across New York State.

Prior to joining the NY Green Bank, Mr. O’Connor worked at Guggenheim Securities on their Investment Banking Power and Sustainability team where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private capital raises. At Guggenheim Securities, he worked with companies across different maturation profiles and technology types, including advanced nuclear, direct air capture, electric vehicles, and renewable energy.

Previously, Mr. O’Connor co-founded a sustainable e-commerce platform, Greenlight, that helped individuals make eco-conscious purchasing decisions.

Mr. O’Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis where he majored in Finance.
