Gavin Dubnoff, Analyst

Gavin Dubnoff is an Analyst on NY Green Bank’s Investment and Portfolio Management Team, where he supports the structuring, execution, and management of clean energy and sustainable infrastructure investments across New York State.

Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Mr. Dubnoff served as a Summer Analyst at Advance Realty Investors, a real estate investment and development firm. There, he underwrote and structured multifamily, office, industrial, and self-storage real estate projects. Mr. Dubnoff previously worked at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he developed the business case for property-level sustainability initiatives and drove franchisee adoption of the Wyndham Green certification program.

Mr. Dubnoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business with concentrations in Global Finance and Alternative Investments from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
