Katherine Mogg, Managing Director

Katherine Mogg serves as Managing Director and Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at NY Green Bank, providing legal advice and counsel regarding operations, transactions, regulatory issues and general corporate affairs. Ms. Mogg also manages relationships with law firms providing counsel to NY Green Bank.

Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Ms. Mogg was a Managing Director and Legal Counsel at Macquarie Capital for more than ten years, where she provided legal advice in connection with the firm's investment banking and principal investment activities, with a special focus on the renewable energy transactions of the firm's Green Investment Group. Prior to joining Macquarie Capital, she was an associate in the Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance group at Milbank LLP in New York.

Ms. Mogg holds bachelors degrees in Arts and Law from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and a Master of Laws degree (with a focus on international environmental law) from the School of Law at NYU.
