Matel Anasta, Vice President

Matel Anasta is a Vice President at NY Green Bank on the Investment and Portfolio Management Team. At NY Green Bank, he supports the origination, valuation, and management of real estate transactions for building electrification and affordable housing projects for disadvantaged communities. Mr. Anasta has over 10 years’ experience in Real Estate.
Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Mr. Anasta worked at Macquarie, Morgan Stanley, and M&T Bank where he helped finance and develop residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. Mr. Anasta also worked for The Galvan Foundation where he managed the development and renovation of affordable housing properties and community centers.
Mr. Anasta earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from Marist College.
