Rio Mizuno, Analyst, Strategy, Impact, & Investor Relations

Rio Mizuno is an Associate on NY Green Bank's Strategy, Impact, and Communications team, where she supports the analysis and reporting of the impacts of NY Green Bank's portfolio, with a focus on the calculation, measuring, reporting, and monitoring of the portfolio’s energy, environment and economic impact.

Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Ms. Mizuno worked as an analyst at NERA Economic Consulting, where she evaluated competitive effects and antitrust implications associated with mergers, acquisitions, and litigations for a diverse range of industries. Previously, she interned at the Environmental Law & Policy Center, where she supported the development of projects associated with clean energy supply chains, electric vehicle infrastructure, and air quality.

While at the University of Michigan, Ms. Mizuno worked as a policy analyst for the Center for Local, State, and Urban Policy, where she conducted research on economic effects of wind energy projects and public opinions about climate change. Ms. Mizuno holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environment and International Studies with a minor in Medical Anthropology.
