Xinyan (Stella) Sun, Senior Associate

Xinyan (Stella) Sun serves as Senior Associate, Legal and Regulatory Affairs at NY Green Bank. Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Stella was an associate in the Capital Markets group at A&O Shearman, where she advised companies and investment banks on a wide range of corporate finance, securities law, and corporate governance matters.

Stella holds a bachelor’s degree from Nankai University and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
