Will Reiter, Vice President

Will Reiter serves as the Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at NY Green Bank, where he provides legal counsel on transactions and regulatory matters related to investments in scalable clean energy projects across New York State. In this role, Will also oversees relationships with external law firms that provide counsel to NY Green Bank.

Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Will managed operations for Priori Legal, a global legal marketplace, and co-founded Hudson Green, a plant-based food company. He began his legal career as an associate in the Corporate Finance and Securities group of Milbank LLP, where he advised issuers and underwriters in debt and equity offerings across a wide range of industries and transaction structures.

Will holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
