Marcelle Meyer, Associate

Marcelle Meyer is an Associate on NY Green Bank's Investment and Portfolio Management team, where she supports the origination, evaluation, and execution of scalable clean energy and energy efficiency project investments across New York State.

Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Ms. Meyer received her Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where she concentrated her studies in energy and environment. She worked as a teaching assistant for several energy market and finance courses and was a Summer Associate with NY Green Bank, where she supported the negotiation, diligence, and execution of numerous renewable energy and energy efficiency transactions.

Previously, Ms. Meyer worked at Moody's Investors Service on the Public, Project, and Infrastructure Finance team, where she rated infrastructure-related transactions in energy, transportation, and other infrastructure sectors.

In addition to her master’s degree, Ms. Meyer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international political economy from Fordham University.
